Every creator moves through the stages on their own: approving one never hides or holds back the others. Creators with nobody's decision yet stay under Pending.
The advertiser's decisions are locked (they cannot change them on their link).

Campaign markup applies to every creator that has no individual markup (35% unless you change it)
If a creator's markup should be higher or lower, set an individual markup on that row; the campaign markup then no longer applies to that creator. "Use campaign markup" removes it again.

Raise an issue
Anyone on the campaign can raise an issue at any stage and tag the Super Admin, a manager or an executive. The Super Admin and the tagged person are notified. The tagged person should close it within 2 days; they get a reminder every day until they do. If you feel it is still pending after it is closed, reopen it.
